Two of the foods that bub's guaranteed to eat even at her fussiest are zucchini and corn and it just so happens that they go perfectly together so it was a no-brainer to combine them in a muffin. I've kept the recipe super simple with the least amount of ingredients necessary. You can of course add extra ingredients if you like {i.e. spring onion, spices or bacon}. 1 medium zucchini {grated}.

Who is the chook? Wednesday, August 27, 2014. I really, really liked the Healesville Sanctuary. It's an Australian native animal zoo, set in bushland. It's entertaining and educational. As odd as this seems, I've actually found motherhood the second time around lonelier than when I became a first time mum. Which sounds a bit ridiculous, because obviously I have two little people to look after, so I'm never actually alone, ever.
