I do the best I can each day and while it looks different now, I am proud of all I did to get here. 3 years ago lite cool whip, to me, was healthier than ice cream. And that is OKAY! The lite cool whip got me to eat fresh berries as desserts. That was progress. Be proud of your progress! Lunch in 4 minutes!
