This All Levels class teaches a full range of yoga poses, with each class emphasizing distinct principles of alignment, coupled with heart-centered themes. The classes are vigorous, challenging, and fulfilling. Modifications are taught as needed, making the class suitable for beginners, and advanced variations of poses are taught for those students ready to take their yoga practice to a new level.
