I’m a skeptic. Now that that’s out of the way we can get to this post. If it won’t dissolve in water how do you think you can get the full benefits from the pill? So I had to try this myself with my own vitamins. Pretty impressed with my multivitamin! Dissolved like super lightening fast! Turkey and Quinoa Taco Bake.

It may sound strange, but after you think about and prepare for something so big (in my world) and then it’s over you are left with a bit of an empty feeling. Like, Now what? What do I do with my time? What do I work towards now? How do I live a normal life, but still keep this rocking body? A big glass of wine!

My entire family went through one heck of an illness this past few weeks and that has totally thrown me all off course. You know when you are sick and you don’t feel like eating anythingso anything that sounds remotely good, you eat? I plan on taking another one at one month so stay tuned. The next thing I bought was the Greens.

I very much have an all or nothing type of personality so if my diet isn’t 100% perfect then I catch myself feeling like I failed.
