August 8, 2014. My all time favourite breakfast food by far is pancakes! Unfortunately, a serving of them will put over 400 calories into your body. Calories that are for the most part, from sugar and fat :(. So instead of missing out on pancakes, I make delicious whey pancakes that are high in protein and low in sugar.
