Friday, June 14, 2013. Sick time, my next tough mudder is August 11, 2013 I am now taking my training much more seriously! Today I did a decent at home crossfit workout. It took me 13 mintues and 39 sec. I'll try it again in 3 weeks hopefully much quicker. I currently weight 230 lbs. which is very heavy for me. I have a long way to go. Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Today was a running day. did a full 5 miles that was mostly flat with a couple of hills. Feeling great, keeping motivated, and goin HAM! I am under 8 weeks till my next tough mudder. Every day I feel a little bit strong, better, and faster. Todays workout was to Jadakiss Pandora which def did the trick! Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Tomorrow is my first workout with my tough mudder team since the mudder itself. We plan to run 6-7 miles, and then do a 15 minute AMRAP crossfit workout of 5 push ups, 15 sit ups and 30 squats. I'll post times, and set numbers tomorrow. Then we are gonna have a beach day.
