Well, needless to say I HAVE been slacking just a tad bit lately. I just finished an early morning workout and it went fantastically. I strayed away from my schedule though and 'free-balled' it today tearing my biceps, triceps, and traps apart! Happy lifting and I'll post again within the next seven days!
