I feel like I’m finally starting to gain some momentum in this better fitness/weight loss journey. A journey to better health and fitness. Sometimes the Road is Rocky. April 30, 2015. April 30, 2015. So yeah, I gained this week, but it’s ok- I am still working toward better health and fitness through my workouts. Deanna reminded me that the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn (both during exercise and at rest). She sheepishly admitted to me that one reason she works to build more muscle is so that she can eat more- That’s a pretty great reason! Some Food for Thought. Follow Blog via Email.

I didn’t intentionally stop writing, I just kind of got swept along with summer. There was babysitting 2 kids my own kid= 3. Three is A LOT when you’re used to only one!
