Motivating the Masses to Move Their Asses! Did You Over Indulge Yesterday? Yeah, me too. I even found myself looking though the kids’ Easter baskets for a piece of chocolate. I didn’t weigh myself this morning because I didn’t want to add insult to injury. Oh well, its not the end of the world.
