Why is resistance training going to help with getting fit, toned, strong and stronger bone density at any age. Well to start off with stronger bone density is a great building platform because when you have that all else is going to seem easy and that getting things like osteoporosis is going to be much harder for you as your bones will be strengthened so as to have more density.
