I purchased the Kettlenetics DVD kettlebell kit from QVC for $39.99 shipping (came to $50 at the time). Well, I cannot tell you how much I love this set and what an amazing workout I get from it. The DVDs come in lengths of 2 x 15 minute workouts, 1 x 40 minute workout, and 1 x 50 minute workout (5 sections of 10 minutes each that you can mix and match or do in its entirety).
