I SWEAT but I also Sparkle. This Friday, we are going to talk about accountability. As we all know too well, it is hard to maintain motivation for fitness. Our lives move quickly and if we do not have something to hold us accountable, many times we will let our goals slip away. There are many ways to keep ourselves accountable. We will discuss three things that I have seen work in the past. 1 Working with a Personal Trainer. 2 Trying a Group Exercise Class. 3 Signing up for an event. October 21, 2016.

I SWEAT but I also Sparkle. Tasty Tuesday is back. This week I’m going to help out some of my vegetarian, vegan, and gluten intolerant followers. Although I don’t identify with any of the former, I think its fun to try new things! This Veggie “meat” loaf is just as tasty and awesome as regular meat loaf, however, it is almost half of the calories per serving and significantly lower in fat and sodium. I hope you guys enjoy this. Happy cooking everyone! Calories per 6 oz serving: 209. Total Fat: 3.0 g.
