I SWEAT but I also Sparkle. Tasty Tuesday is back. This week I’m going to help out some of my vegetarian, vegan, and gluten intolerant followers. Although I don’t identify with any of the former, I think its fun to try new things! This Veggie “meat” loaf is just as tasty and awesome as regular meat loaf, however, it is almost half of the calories per serving and significantly lower in fat and sodium.
