Tuesday, January 8, 2013. This year we spent Christmas in Mesa, Arizona with my family. Before we headed to our vacation in the sun, Nana and Papa celebrated an early Christmas with us. We had a wonderful evening and Ashley loved discovering how to unwrap her presents. We had a great time in Mesa, I especially loved being home for Christmas! It was such a joy to have our little Ashley with us this year! Christmas takes a whole new meaning when you have children around. The whole family on Christmas Day.

Thursday, June 27, 2013. Things that happen when you don't blog. Sometimes my life gets randomly busy. Does that happen to you? Like your bored and then all of a sudden things just happen and your calendar is full. 2 weeks of helping run basketball camps, a birthday (the celebration has to stretch out over a full week, of course! Two full semester courses squished into 5 weeks, and the usual job stuff. Where did June even go? Everyone cross your fingers that I can start student teaching in the spring!

Monday, July 22, 2013. My sweet little best Brittany is having a baby BOY! We are all so thrilled for her and her husband Trevor. Naturally, we had to celebrate! Wednesday, February 5, 2014. I discovered tonight that one of the girls at Cafe Rio has my order memorized. It's a very particular order too, so I was quite impressed. Should I be proud of this or embarrassed? Grilled chicken tostada forevs. You guys, I like Juan Pablo, and I feel like I'm the only one who does. Yes, he's kind of boring, but he's sweet and genuine and his accent makes everything adorable. Can we stop hating on him and just let him find love already? Currently reading the Divergent series...
