Trout On the Fly. Fly fishing in Southern Ontario. Sunday, September 25, 2011. I just returned from a short drive to The Credit River at Norval. The water is reasonably high after a steady rainfall this week. It was clear, and the fishing was slow, caught 2 small rainbows, 1 little Atlantic salmon(10"), and broke my 5wt rod on a branch at the Silver. This will be the 2nd repair to this rod by Aikman.
