The story of an old aircraft, from wreck to restored aircraft. Friday, March 4, 2011. OK, so we´re back back. Now the fuselage has been put aside to await the finishing of the wing section. Roman M working on wing. Click for larger version. The wing was originally mounted on the fuselage, but had to be taken off when the ac was transported from USA to Norway. It is now mounted in a frame, vertically, leading edge down, and is being worked on in preparation to fitting it to the fuselage. Nice work, Roman!

Black 3 Restoration: December 2009
http://black3iscominghome.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
The story of an old aircraft, from wreck to restored aircraft. Thursday, December 10, 2009. Monday, December 7, 2009. Elegant, men litt komplisert. The story of an old aircraft, from wreck to restored aircraft. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. At last the Blue X has arrived in Bodø. The tail section on the lawn outside our restoration facility. And in a few days, some guys will be raising a Messerschmitt 109. Thursday, May 6, 2010. There are two different topics today....

Black 3 Restoration: November 2009

The story of an old aircraft, from wreck to restored aircraft. Friday, November 27, 2009.
