Warden outside the Old Town Jail. Stirling is also home to 'Stirling Castle'. The castle was occupied by royalty such as Mary Queen of Scots and King James VI of Scotland. In part of the castle you can sit on a throne and pretend you are King (or Queen). Who could resist such an indulgence? Kyle and Me as royalty.

Friday, May 9, 2014. Strawberries and a zipline. This is kind of a random post but it's what we've been up to in the last week that is noteworthy! Now on to the zip line. Last Saturday we went over a friends house for a BBQ. They live way out in Dripping Springs on a few acres and have chickens, a miniature horse, goats, trampoline, fire pit, etc, etc. It's basically a kids dream yard. Knox has been there once before and was HYPED to go back! Now every day he tells me how brave he is, it's adorable.

Joe, Hannah, Grace and Daniel. Saturday, June 25, 2011. Grace has surprised us with how easily she can memorize songs, books, and movies. I made up little hand motions to help her memorize a couple bible verses. Here we are practicing our bible verses this morning at breakfast. The heavens declare the glory of God. Joe, Hannah, Grace and Daniel. Sunday, June 5, 2011. Daniel is one happy baby. Go on, just TRY looking at these pictures without breaking out into a big, gummy smile yourself. Daniel is such a happy boy. I see glimpses of his personality coming through. He's joyful, expressive, social, strong, and likes to be held. He's sleeping 6-7 hour stretches at night and eats every 3 hours during the day. He's rolled over twice (told you he is strong! And Im so glad hes sleeping longer stretches at night!
