Put sugar, golden syrup and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat until mixture turns pale. Sift in flour, bicarbonate of soda and cream of tartar and add salt, groound ginger and nutmeg to mix. Saturday, July 24, 2010. Fish Fried in Batter. 300g fish fillet, cut into finger-thick slices. 190; tsp baking powder. 189; tsp salt. Combine self raising flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Gradually pour in water to mix into a smooth batter. Heat oil in a wok or electric fryer. Dip the fish slices in the batter and deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Dish out, drain from oil, and serve with chilli sauce as a dip. January 30, 2011 at 8:51 PM. Chat to the max :D.

Woke up early in the morning and headed to The Naschmarkt, it's basically a big open market where there are lots of stuff that are for sales ranging from clothes to 2nd hand goods and food.
