Blog: The Food Edition: Pizza Monday's

http://foodbyjill.blogspot.com/2014/09/pizza-mondays.html

Tuesday, September 16, 2014. We usually make pizza on Monday's - that was until Monday became Cam's late night at school. So now it is just whenever I don't have anything planned for dinner as I always have pizza stuff around. 1 tbls olive oil. Preheat oven to 475 with pizza stone (opt). Mix together yeast, sugar, and water - let sit until bubbly. Meanwhile, mix flour, salt and olive oil (I use my kitchen aid). Add water/yeast mixture to flour. Add more water until you have a nice soft dough.

http://foodbyjill.blogspot.com/2011/06/grilling-galore.html

Tuesday, June 14, 2011. I've always wanted to try grilling pizza - it just sounds delicious. Little did I know just how easy it was! I found a recipe for dough for the grill:. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoon white sugar. 1 (25 ounce) package active dry yeast. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 tablespoons cornmeal for dusting. 3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C). Proof yeast in warm water and 1/2 teaspoon sugar (just stir together and leave until bubbly - about 5-10 min). Return to grill unco...

Tuesday, September 16, 2014. This has become one of our go-to meals. It's so simple to throw together and I usually have all the ingredients on hand. In a crock pot add:. 2 chicken breasts (I add mine frozen). Cook on low for about 5 hours (I've cooked this longer than that and it's just fine too). Serve with cheese and tortilla strips on top or tortilla chips to dip. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Simple template. Powered by Blogger.

pinky C: Family Picutres

http://jilljensen.blogspot.com/2013/06/family-picutres.html

Tuesday, June 18, 2013. With Mason just turning 1, I decided to work on getting family pictures done. After working on outfits (which is a chore in and of itself), making an appointment, and gearing up - we were ready. Shortly after we got to the studio Mason started to act different and by the end of the session had a burning fever and a runny nose - perfect time to get sick, right? Overall I'm very happy with them and I was so impressed with the studio. You look so good! June 18, 2013 at 8:23 AM.

pinky C: Mr. Mason Turns One

http://jilljensen.blogspot.com/2013/05/so-mr-mason-turned-one.html

Thursday, May 30, 2013. Mr Mason Turns One. My baby is ONE! Part of me is a little sad that Mason's baby days are over, but everyday I am more in love with this little bug and am amazed at how much he learns and grows. He is just moving on to bigger and better things and has no more time for this baby business. All sad feelings aside, in true Jensen fashion - we made it an affair to remember. We decorated to celebrate Mason and he LOVED it. They even brought him bubbles and balloons - again, he LOVED it.

pinky C: 11 Months

http://jilljensen.blogspot.com/2013/04/11-months.html

Friday, April 12, 2013. I say this all the time, but where does the time go? Mason is now 11 months old and this comes with a whole flood of feelings - ones I didn't quite expect. I feel like I am now in the last month of having my little baby. I have always been a little sensitive to the fact that this is the only time I will have one. Baby and something about him being my first baby - so for this chapter to be coming to a close has me all sorts of emotional. So please stay small, Mr. Mason.

pinky C: Zoey's Birth Story

http://jilljensen.blogspot.com/2014/09/zoeys-birth-story.html

Tuesday, September 16, 2014. The very annoying predicament with Baby Clark started at around 33 weeks – baby was still head up. The doctor was confident that the baby would turn in time to have a vaginal birth. The weeks passed by and I knew the baby just wasn’t going to move. It moved as in kicked and wiggled in there, but as for moving head down? I didn’t see that happening. I finally heard that doctor ask for the scalpel (very fitting right? And braced myself for feeling “some pressure” th...The nurse...

If it doesn't make your tastebuds dance, it's not worth it. Stuffed Pumpkin with Spinach and Risoni. April 7, 2012. Stuffed Pumpkin with Spinach and Risoni Healthy and Delicious. It’s so nice to be in the kitchen experimenting again! It was surprisingly really easy. Just microwave the pumpkin for 3 minutes, then put it in the oven for 10 minutes or so while you cook 1/4 cup of risoni, which is pasta shaped like rice. Serve topped with some more parmesan and voila! Dinner for one (including leftovers!
