I'm getting the feeling this blog is going to slowly turn into a Trader Joe's blog. haha :) Here is a simple meal I cooked tonight, which sounds a lot more gourmet than it actually was.thanks to TJs. Pumpkin Ravioli with Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage and Sauteed Kale. 1 package Trader Joe's Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli. A few big handfuls of baby kale, rinsed and dried. 1 garlic clove, minced. Juice of 1/2 lemon.
