Through a love of home cooking and increasing frustration at being unable to find ready to eat vegetarian food easily when out and about. I was hungry and I am grumpy when I'm hungry! You can add any flavours you want and alter the ratios of white and whole meal flour just as long as you stick to the ratio of 500g of flour to 400ml water. 300g of strong white bread flour.
