Food Flow: Pumpkin Bars

http://www.foodflow.blogspot.com/2010/10/pumpkin-bars.html

Wednesday, October 20, 2010. These bars are amazing. I have to note that if you cook them in a 9x13 pan they are more like cake. If you put them in a jelly roll pan, they are more like bars. I like them thicker so I always use a 9x13. 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar1 cup vegetable oil. 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened. 2 cups powdered sugar.

Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Vegas with the Ladies. My Aunt Marie thought it would be a fun idea for some of the ladies in our fam to go to Time Out for Women in Las Vegas. It turned out that she was right! The trip started with my cousin Annie driving down from Utah State to pick me up for an amazing road trip to Vegas. We had so much fun talking, laughing, and more laughing! Later that night we went to a fabulous Italian restaurant at the Venetian and then to the Blue Man Group. The Blue Man Group wa...

Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Every year we have a tradition of going to the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins. We go on a fun little hay ride to the pumpkin patch. This year the weather was really nice which made it much more enjoyable. The girls picked out some really cute pumpkins and they loved the hay ride! After the hay ride, we went over to the farmer's market and then to look at all the farm animals. What a fun night! Man, what cute girls! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Picture of the Week.

Wilson's World: December Doings

http://wilsonsworld-kristy.blogspot.com/2010/01/december-doings.html

Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Carter FINALLY lost a tooth! Two on the same night actually. He already had his permanent. Teeth behind his baby teeth so now he no longer looks like a freak. I am squeamish. With teeth pulling and the gaping hole it leaves. yuk-o. I was very apprehensive. About being trapped inside with the boys for 2 weeks. Turned out fantastic! The boys stayed at Grandma's for 2 nights, we went ice skating, we went sledding, we went tobogganing. All of which I have no pictures of.

Wednesday, January 6, 2010. He had his first real birthday party. I don't consider the usual Thanksgiving with the grandparents a real party. We had the party at his gymnastics place. Very fun and I didn't have to do anything. He had 6 guests and he chose his friends well. I couldn't get over how sweet they all are. Time sure flies. Hes a cutie pie. January 6, 2010 at 10:37 AM. Food Flower | Great food for a healthy lifestyle

Great food for a healthy lifestyle. Savory and Spicy Stuffed Food. Alright, I know what you are thinking. That this is some Martha Stewart publication and that, in turn, will be the most difficult recipe to create. I just want to debunk this thought of yours and tell you that it’s a pretty simple recipe. REALLY! Think about it, if a twenty-something male bachelor can make it, you can too. 1/2 cup olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 medium shrimp – peeled, deveined and chopped. 2 cloves garlic, chopped.
