Melissa's Magic in the Kitchen: Buffalo Chicken Burgers
http://foodiemelissa.blogspot.com/2007/12/buffalo-chicken-burgers.html
Melissa's Magic in the Kitchen. Real Food for Real People. Wednesday, December 19, 2007. I wanted to make a burger that had a buffalo chicken wing taste. Jason thought it was too salty.but I love salt and thought it was perfect. Since I did not added any salt I guess it was the cheese or wing sauce that had a high sodium content. Nonetheless - I LOVED it! Wing Sauce (I used Budweiser brand - SO good). Bread Crumbs (you may not need this depending on how "loose" your meat mixture is). Hersheys Deep Dish B...

Missy's Dishes: May 2008

Monday, May 5, 2008. I love making salsa, even more I love eating salsa. I've been known to say (before I was married) that if chips and salsa were a man, I'd marry it! Add a Diet Coke in the mix, well that's just heaven! I couldn't wait any longer for my tomatoes in my garden so I had to pick up some at the store. You can definitely taste the difference with home grown vs. store bought. Nevertheless, it still turned out really tasty. Then flipped them over to get charred on the bottom. Sunday - Spaghett...

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars {5 WW Dessert}. When Fall comes there is one thing I am most excited about. The return of canned pumpkin on the shelves! I start out small. Buying maybe 4 cans of pumpkin on my first spotting. Then I get a bit crazy. I need to stock up for the rest of the year. How can I not have 10 or so cans of pumpkin in my pantry by mid-October? And what do I use these cans and cans of pumpkin for? Now I've already been making my pumpkin waffles. And even a pumpkin oatmeal shake. Beat cream ch...

What's Cooking!
Friday, May 30, 2008. The term zanzaneet means spicy hot. The kind that brings tears to your eyes, sniffling nose, but you still want to eat more! Back home, we used to frequent a place called Munmun Misal. It was a really small setup, you could call it a shop. It was partioned into two sections. The outer section had school benches (yep really) in two rows and the smaller partition was the kitchen space. 1 cup soaked, sprouted and cooked moth (matki) beans or u can use fresh peas as well. The majestic m...
