EndorphinBuzz: May 2011
http://endorphinbuzz.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Was again this year an amazing event. I am always amazed by the amount of crowd support and the sheer number of runners participating in the various events. This was the first year that I was part of the Ottawa FrontRunners. And they have a tradition of meeting up before and after the race as well as a delicious post race BBQ. The gun quickly fired and a few minutes later I crossed the start line where my mom was waiting to wish me good luck! Every time I see a friendly face cheeri...

Monday, October 22, 2012. An estimated 40,000 people gathered at Woodbine Park this past Sunday for Canada’s largest culinary protest. And what were we protesting with? Soup And lots of it! Is the follow-up event to last year’s successful Foodstock, and aims at raising awareness and inspiring others to join the movement to stop a controversial Mega-Quarry and protect farmland and precious headwaters in the Melancthon region. EndorphinBuzz: November 2010
http://endorphinbuzz.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 28, 2010. I think I'm about done for racing in 2010. While I was thinking about doing the Running Room's Resolution Run again this year, it sold out in Ottawa so no can do. 2011 will start with a bang for me with the ING Miami Marathon. I've always wanted to do an event on the Gilles Villeneuve F1 circuit in Montreal and the Banque Scotia 21k de Montreal. I will run Ottawa Race Weekend. Again Not quite sure what event I will do but most likely a half with maybe a 5k the night before.

Friday, July 26, 2013. Toronto just got a lot more festive and caliente with the opening of El Catrin Destileria. El Catrin is the brainchild of the two Distillery’s owners, Mathew Rosenblatt and John Berman, and you can instantly tell they have put a lot of love and thought into the restaurant, in terms of design, concept, food, drinks, service, and overall ambience. As Mathew explained, El Catrin is not a dining room; its a Mexican experience. Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Niagara on the lake. Of that glor...
