Marinated Grilled Tuna Steak. 3 (4 ounce) fresh tuna steaks. Ground black pepper (to taste) or lemon pepper (to taste). 1/4 cup orange juice. 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon lime juice. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced (can use less if desired). 1 In a bowl combine all marinade ingredients until well blended. 2 Place the tuna steaks into a shallow glass dish (I use an 11 x 7-inch baking pan for this).

Cheesy Onion Stuffed Mushrooms. 1 1/2 lbs medium mushrooms, stems removed. 8 ounces whipped cream cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onion. Salmon, sliced paper thin and chopped (optional). Fresh dill, chopped (optional). Tomato, chopped (optional). Pine nuts, toasted and chopped (optional). 1 Preheat broiler. Mix cream cheese and green onions and place in a piping bag. 2 Pipe cheese filling into mushroom caps and place on baking sheet. Broil for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. 3 Add toppings if preferred.
