Yellow noodles, which I used for this dish, are actually quite oily and starchy. Instead of using yellow noodles, I could substitute them with another kind of healthier noodle, for example bee hoon. I have some issues with the Food Network. For instance, I can't understand how some of their stars even have a show on the network, much less two shows. Case in point: Sandra Lee.
