Salt and white pepper. 100ml extra virgin olive oil. 1) Make Garlic Paste heat it up in microwave for 1 minute. 2) Place the egg yolks, lemon juice and pinch salt in a bowl. Whisk until combined. 3) Pour the combined oil into a jug. Add a few drops to the egg mixture.
