Mel- First Weight in: Cellulite City! 142(biggest I have ever been, not a bad weight if I was 5'8" but I'm only 5'3"). 19 pounds, this would put me at 123 (still 8 pounds more than I was at Haley's wedding). No carbs on good days. low carbs on bad days. 5 dollar footlong on a very bad day. 24 hour fitness every morning. stepper-eliptical machine-weight training. build more muscle so it will burn more fat. i love chocolate! Diet soda is the only thing I have going for me!

Tuesday, September 30, 2008. I did better today. I redeem my forgetful eating from yesterday with some much better choices today. However I did venture into the concession stand and snag a dog but a girl's gotta eat when she is working late. I vow tomorrow will be better than today. Via Girl Growing Small. Weight Watchers, “If You’re Happy”. These are pricey but pretty good. Time to get back on track. I just took a 4 day break from my weight loss efforts.
