Former Fatty: Living Fit in a Fat World. Food is the one thing that we as a human race have in common no matter who you are or where you’re from. The key to figuring out food is finding a way to balance every aspect of food as it touches your life. To use food in every facet I’ve listed, and the hundreds more I haven’t, in a way that nourishes your body, mind and soul. Food should bring excitement and joy to your life; the moment it becomes a source of stress and anxiety, you’ve lost the balance.

So the fact that I’ve been able to master the morning workout is really nothing short of a miracle. Here are my tips for making it happen:. Stick to your bedtime. Sleep in your workout clothes. Via Girl Growing Small. Weight Watchers, “If You’re Happy”. These are pricey but pretty good. Time to get back on track. I just took a 4 day break from my weight loss efforts. Went to Miami for thanksgiving to spend time with my husband’s family.
