Yesterday I was craving something salty and carby and wondered if I could make them at home. Ahthe internet is a wonderful thing. So here is my take on making your own soft pretzel at home. Coarse salt for sprinkling. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle flour on the counter and knead the dough until it is smooth.
