The bus drop-off about 10 miles up the canyon. It was windy and overcast. We had to walk about 1/4 mile to the start because it’s such a narrow highway and the buses couldn’t turn around at the exact start location. Kyle and I at the finish. Sunny and beautiful! A dessert competition post on another blog inspired me to share this wonderful, light dessert recipe with you all. This on comes courtesy of my mother. Lime Yogurt Panna Cotta. 1 C full fat natural yogurt. 1/4 C fresh lime juice. 2 t lime zest. 1 t unflavored gelain powder. 1 1/4 C whipping cream, divided. Lime zest for garnish. We are flying to India tomorrow evening InShaAllah.Once when we finished booking our tickets I found there were only a very few days left to go and so much of work to finish starting from purchasing and packing to take to India which has no end till the very last moment.
