Authorities are on the look out for any information leading to an arrest. January 14, 2012. Have you seen Mrs. Mouse? Yesterday Mrs. Mouse. Was kidnapped by Hoot Owl. Hoot, who was just released from jail after serving 1 year for passing false checks was seen in the area at the time and is thought to be a suspect. A Warrant has been issued for his arrest.
