For 70 years this annual event has been held on the second Saturday in July on the Recreation Ground in Lower Froyle. In conjunction with the Fête, Froyle Gardening Club organises a Flower Show in Froyle Village Hall. There was a Church at Froli (mentioned in the Domesday Book) in 1086.
