The Fruity Sheep: April 2009
http://fruitysheep.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 25, 2009. Knit 3 Wear 3. See the button over there? Above my Ravelry WIPS? Yeah, I'm planning to knit 3 sweaters for myself this year. Just after signing up, I snatched up some absolutely stunning Frog Tree Pima Silk in a lovely dark red. From the 40% off bin, no less! I've just finished the bottom border lace on Decimal. I'm going to skip the belled sleeves. I am way too accident prone to wear that much fabric on my lower arms. Hopefully I'll get some good pictures tomorrow. Knit 3 Wear 3.

The Fruity Sheep: September 2008
http://fruitysheep.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 28, 2008. My sweet man gave me a spinning wheel for our anniversary! To get me a wheel, drove to Woodland Woolworks, got totally overwhelmed, bought me flowers and told me to pick one out myself. I haven't had a chance to go play until today at OFFF. I am more confused than ever! I know you're supposed to put function over form, but looks are really influencing me. As much as I told myself no spending today, I did fall for 4 oz. of Sincere Sheep carded wool from Tactile (. Until I finis...

The Fruity Sheep: Apple attack!
http://fruitysheep.blogspot.com/2008/10/apple-attack.html
Tuesday, October 07, 2008. I've been experimenting with preserving foods this summer and fall. I've moved from freezing strawberries and blackberries,. To canning dill pickles,. I turned 10 pounds of apples into 6 half pints of apple butter, then another 20 lbs became two batches of frozen pie filling, a 9x13 apple crisp, 6 pints of apple sauce, and another 1/2 dozen jelly jars of butter. The Fruity Sheep: January 2008
http://fruitysheep.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 31, 2008. Haven't had a chance to read this much, but I am intrigued. Sunday, January 13, 2008. Phew, that was exhausting! December wore me out! After frantic knitting a couple years ago, I said you couldn't pay me to knit Christmas gifts. Turns out that, actually, you can. I had 2 huge orders of toys to get out in time for the holiday. Plus some instock stuff to ship. (Did I take any pictures? The Bulky Hooded Vest from KP&S. I mended a couple holes in the knees of the little one's pan...

The Fruity Sheep: November 2007
http://fruitysheep.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 30, 2007. And goodies, too! Diablo roast from Caffe Ladro. A book about coffee, Sharon's Soaps N' Stuff. Coffee soap, Australian black licorice, a magnetic notepad with little post-its (that somehow missed the photo op), and a lovely coffee card. The card looks like it was hand stamped with beans and mugs. Friday, November 09, 2007. OK, this has actually been finished for over a month. Just now blogging. Anyway . . . Yarn: Rowan Wool Cotton, color Elf. It's so fun helping people find jus...
