Gaillot Chocolate: recipes

Tasty gift for your loved ones . 300g nuts of your choice. Place nuts in a small baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Then cut them into smaller pieces. Melt the chocolate over a water bath or double boiler. Add the milk and mix well. Add the roasted nuts. Shape into small balls. Let them for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. 8226; 50gr cacao nibs "Gaillot". 8226; 30gr sugar. 8226; 20 gr butter. Chocolate fondant with cocoa nibs. Ingredients for 2 portions:. 50 g "Gaillot Classic" chocolate. A pinch of salt.

We carefully select the cocoa beans; their origin, quality and the human conditions in which they were cultivated. We do everything possible to bring forth richness of nutrition and flavour of the cocoa beans in order to create a wholesome product.
