Wide Open Wyoming: June 2010
http://treysons.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Adventures of a downtown chic and Game Warden in Wyoming. Monday, June 21, 2010. Fathers' Day at the Pig Farm. We spent Fathers’ Day in Wheatland with the Sherwood and Hoffman clan. It was Grandpa Sherwood’s birthday so there was a lot to celebrate. Uncle Don and Nancy Sherwood were in town visiting from Oregon so it was a mini-family reunion. Three generations: Corky Sherwood, brothers Bill and Don and grandson Jason. Dee, the picture perfect, down-to-earth Wyoming gal! Like most of the residents in tow...

Wide Open Wyoming: February 2011
http://treysons.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Adventures of a downtown chic and Game Warden in Wyoming. Monday, February 21, 2011. Busy, busy. Oscar! It is Oscar week – my favorite time of year and yet I find myself completely overwhelmed with my “to do” list instead of enjoying the glamour and excitement surrounding my favorite indulgence. We are already hoping for a summer reunion in Yellowstone! Will mark my one year anniversary with Main Street. Maybe then I’ll feel like I know what I’m doing! In between work and volunteer duties, I’m stil...

Wide Open Wyoming: March 2011
http://treysons.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Adventures of a downtown chic and Game Warden in Wyoming. Tuesday, March 08, 2011. I see my husband on the weekends. And its not even hunting season yet! This month is hectic. I’ve over used that word, you say? Jason and I have a routine each month were we post our schedules on a dry erase board on the fridge. This month is so “hectic” we just completed this task last night. Maybe for Lent we should give up saying, “yes” to everything? But that would be very un-Christian like. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wide Open Wyoming: December 2010
http://treysons.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Adventures of a downtown chic and Game Warden in Wyoming. Thursday, December 30, 2010. Ok, so we’re late getting the Merry Christmas and Happy New Year bit out again this year). Jason had his craziest year ever as a Game Warden/Access coordinator for Wyoming Game and Fish. The agency tends to do five year contracts with Private Lands/Public Wildlife. In March, Trey became the Executive Director of Laramie Main Street. She is also the Social Ministry coordinator for our church. And is the newest committee...

Wide Open Wyoming: June 2011
http://treysons.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Adventures of a downtown chic and Game Warden in Wyoming. Sunday, June 26, 2011. While Jason does the heavy lifting, my job with every home remodel has been to pick paint colors and decorate. I'm super excited about the bamboo floors. We are installing and warm golden tile that will go around the shower. I want to pick a color pallet and shower curtain that really shows them off. Here is what I'm looking at:. A pop of yellow. Similar to the color in the guest bedroom across the hall from the bathroom).

http://treysons.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Adventures of a downtown chic and Game Warden in Wyoming. Monday, November 29, 2010. Just one itty bitty piece if paper that will confirm what I already know (but can't count because it hasn't hatched). Hope to get it before I process payroll tomorrow! Tuesday, November 23, 2010. A week of flattery…. So maybe I deserve it, I’ve had a rough year. Last week Laramie Main Street. First: What prompted your interest in this topic? Second: What are you working on right now? Boy did I give her an earful! 8221; a...

Czechesotans: The museum that dad built
http://czechesotans.blogspot.com/2015/08/the-museum-that-dad-built.html
Stumbling on cobblestones, yet smiling. Tuesday, August 11, 2015. The museum that dad built. Childhood was interesting. I had things like orphaned baby owls and moose as pets. We ate roadkill. Drunk men called our house at 1 am wanting to settle bets over wildlife knowledge. I learned how to identify ducks and cross a barbed-wire fence holding a 12-gauge shotgun. Hit a deer on the road? He cleaned it up, hoisting a couple hundred pounds into his pickup. Had a wildlife question? Poached out of season?
