My Experiments With Food: Dondakaya/tindora Chutney

http://gastronomicaldelight.blogspot.com/2010/03/dondakayatindora-chutney.html

My Experiments With Food. New house wife's tryst with cooking. Friday, March 26, 2010. I never ate dondakaya pachadi, but my husband likes dondakaya chutney and I prepared this for the first time and I liked it. I hated dondakaya and would never eat it whenever my mom would cook it.She would generally end up cooking a different curry just for me. Now that I am cooking, I do not feel like cooking separately for me so what ever I cook for my husband I have to eat it. 2 tsp black gram. 2 tsp cumin seeds.

Gastronomical Aviators | The restaurant food review for pilots.

The restaurant food review for pilots. Skip to primary content. I love food. Actually, I love GOOD food. I realised recently that this love started from a very early age when I reviewed my diary from age 9 and the only things I had written in it all year was what I’d eaten each day. Add to that my current job of chartering freight, pax and conducting aerial photography all over the countryside means I get to eat out at a multitude of places that most people (non-pilots at least) will never get to go.
