Sunday, November 23, 2008. 1 Slice = 3 points value! 4 pcs Phyllo Dough. 1/2 cup dark brown sugar. 1/4 tsp. ground cloves. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1/8 tsp. salt. 1 1/2 cup pure canned pumpkin. 1 1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk. 1/2 cup egg substitute. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat round pie pan w/nonstick spray. Cut phyllo dough sheets in 1/2. Place one sheet in pan. Continue to place sheets at a diagonal until all in. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. To all members at the Buzzards Bay Wed. night meeting. This evenings meeting 1/26 will be canceled due to the anticipation of worsening weather conditions. Hopefully mother nature will be nice to us for the rest of the winter so we won't have to miss any more weeks of motivation! Sunday, June 6, 2010. Well, it seems that New England has shown its true colors once again. The old adage."if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes". I'm so sorry to everyone that was disappointed about the cancellation. It appears that the sun decided to show itself despite the National Weather Services grim forecast. I truly feel terrible that we could have gone ahead and done our walk.in nice weather none the less! Perhaps we can make other plans for the summertime to make up for the canceled walk.
