http://nancysfoodforthought.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
As one seeks the will of the Lord, understanding is sometimes hard to find. In seeking enlightenment we often find much 'Food for Thought'. Sunday, January 11, 2009. Thy will not mine. I knew that we were supposed to have the dance studio. I can not tell you how many times in the past I prayed to see if I could be finished. The answer was always no. Why now is it okay? Why did we have to go through the trauma of it all? What was the purpose if it wasn't to bless us as well as the kids? I am happily marri...

I honestly know that as I have since gone through the pain of losing him, and now losing Jade as well, that the only thing that has kept me from completely giving up is counting my blessings. and trying to see how these experiences can benefit me and my family. Some of my greatest blessings are:. There are so many things to be grateful for...

As one seeks the will of the Lord, understanding is sometimes hard to find. In seeking enlightenment we often find much 'Food for Thought'. Thursday, October 9, 2008. Gateway We Call Death. I have been reading a book called "The Gateway we call Death" by Russell M Nelson. It is an excellent book - with so many things that I needed to be reminded of. Why is it that we can know something - and forget it, or lose site of it amidst our pain? At least that is my experience. Neither does the faithful person co...

As one seeks the will of the Lord, understanding is sometimes hard to find. In seeking enlightenment we often find much 'Food for Thought'. Friday, November 14, 2008. Is there a way to really live with people and not make them mad at you when you hold them accountable, or expect something from them? I have it all figured out with my marriage and kids living at home, but the rest is a mystery to me. I have to think about this more. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

The Garners: June 2008
http://thegarner4.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 29, 2008. Erin and I "kidnapped" my niece Tabby yesterday for her 8th bday (which is actually next week) and took her to see OZ at The Mesa Arts Center. She had no idea we were coming (Erin knew all week long and never spilled the beans, so props to her! When we got to Tabby's house we blindfolded her and we were off. As one seeks the will of the Lord, understanding is sometimes hard to find. In seeking enlightenment we often find much 'Food for Thought'. Friday, September 26, 2008. Here are a few of the pictures we have of us with our daughter, Jade. Some of them the color is off a little. particularly of her in her little casket. She actually wasn't that 'red'. The bruising you see on her cheeks is from the tape they put on her to keep the tubes in place. September 30, 2008 at 2:08 PM. October 2, 2008 at 10:03 PM.

Food For Thought: Forgiveness - not always so easy to do.
http://nancysfoodforthought.blogspot.com/2008/10/forgiveness-not-always-so-easy-to-do.html
As one seeks the will of the Lord, understanding is sometimes hard to find. In seeking enlightenment we often find much 'Food for Thought'. Monday, October 6, 2008. Forgiveness - not always so easy to do. And Nancy - dont forget one of the most important reasons you need the Saviors Atonement: he took on your pains and your sorrows, as well as your sins. It is only through the Atonement that we can be healed from the wounds inflicted by others, not through any restitution they do or dont make to us.
