Eat What You Love. Love What You Eat. Start by boiling the amount of potatoes you want. I think you will want small/medium potatoes for this recipe. Boil until they are tender all the way through, but not overcooked. Once they are tender drain them and place the potatoes on a sheet/cookie pan with plenty of olive oil, so they do not stick. In the meantime…. Fun drive to town and new laptop. Who would have thought a drive to town would be so cool. Literally, it was cold, snowy, and spectacular driving through Zion. It was also cool that I was able to trade in two old laptops for a $200 credit towards the new ASUS laptop I bought. Windows 10 seems OK so far. Sure beats the pants off 8.
