Monday, April 6, 2009. Well George passed his 1 year off treatment mark last week which we are delighted about and another milestone for us was his first tester day in playgroup. He was absolutely fine, full of beans and everyone continues to comment on what an incredibly confident little boy has become. He has an MRI scan booked later this month to check how the tumour is looking and his scans will then drop to every 6 months as opposed to quarterly which they have been for the past 18 months. We actually managed to get out on my snowblades (mini skis) a couple of times last week but I must say it's no quite as enjoyable when you have to walk back up the hill in ski boots! His diet's not perfect but he is eating a few different things now (as well as staple amounts of crisps, Strawberrys and Milk! That's all for now - collection of piccies below.
