I give the credit to the recipe, which is from Ina Garten's cookbook,. Barefoot Contessa at Home. The secret ingredient is a cup of freshly brewed coffee added to the batter just before baking. The ingredients: ripe peaches at their peak, slightly sweet white wine, a bit of Grand Marnier, and a bit of sugar. Allowed to marry for a few hours, the flavours only improve.
