You all may not know it, but I began Weight Watchers last Sunday. So far It's been pretty easy. The hardest part has been trying to eat enough. Now to the good part. One week down and I've lost 9 lbs. I'm almost a third of the way to my starting weight loss goal of thirty pounds. Yeah me! Tuesday, June 9, 2009. Counting Sheep has Never Been so Good.
