Le BBG ou Bikini Body Guide de Kayla Itsines c'est 12 semaines de sport toutes préparées qui ont plus que fait leurs preuves au sein de la communauté fitness. Ça se présente sous trois sessions par semaine : Bras et Abdos, Jambes et cardio, et Total body, aux quelles et on doit ajouter de notre coté 3 séances de cardio relativement légère. Ne plus rien manger après 20h00. En soirée, ne pas trop manger, faire les bons choix. 1 plaisir par semaine (viennoiserie/portion de frites/ etc). Manger uniquement si j'ai faim. Bien bien manger le matin. En cas de faim entre deux repas, prendre 1 thé/un fruit/carré chocolat noir. Avoir une bouteille d'eau et un fruit quand je sors.
