Getting Healthy and Winning. Monday, May 10, 2010. Did you know if you don't get enough sleep every night it will affect your weight loss? A healthy body is a rested body. I have proof that getting enough sleep is all part of this weight loss. I feel better and can focuse on what I need to do during the day and at school. ( I am a full time college student and a senior citzen), so be warned "Sleep is important" your body needs time to rest.do this and your body will be good to you. Other Blogs I visit.

Getting Healthy and Winning. Saturday, April 24, 2010. One Week to go Before Load Day. I am so excited to be getting back in the process of weighloss. I have been stable now for almost 6 weeks and haven't lost or gained a pound. I have myself set at 1350calories per day and exercise when I can. It works, I am thrilled that I can now keep this weight under control, not eat everything that is loose. Yah for HCG and the lessons it has taught me. Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Getting Healthy and Winning. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. I am back again. Waving at everyone.School is over until mid August.now I can concentrate on me. Good news is I have been off HCg since the second week of May and have maintained my weight. I still have another month to go, but it has become easy to know exactly what I can eat and what I can't.
