I am really struggling lately with a lot of feelings that maybe my new job isn't the right fit for me. It makes me cry every time I think about whether it is bringing my life purpose? I didn't notice any changes in my energy level, but I am also adjusting to working 12 hour shifts. I did though experience more of a full feeling and was less apt to snacking between meals. One thing the lady said that really stuck with me is the "anti-caking" agent that is put into a lot of powders and baking mixes. It's the same chemical that is in the silica packets in new shoes that say toxic, do not ingest. Now, I know it has to be a safe level according to the fda, but how safe is even a little?
