So, I am resolving to not buy that crap any more (or, let's be completely honest, not as often as I have been buying it) and make my lunch each day. I even bought special "bento box" style lunch containers to help me with this endeavor. 1 c Vanilla Greek Yogurt. 1/2 banana, sliced. 1/4 c Gluten-Free granola. Stash Moroccan Mint Green Tea.

Sunday, January 18, 2015. Ten years ago, my mother had a triple bypass and was encouraged to switch to olive oil. Olive oil, she was told, had a positive impact on cholesterol. But, she should be careful not to eat too much of it. When we questioned that, the response was "it's still fat.". That didn't make sense to me. Getting Healthy Since 2012. Sunday, March 29, 2015. Blargh. This semester is killing me. And it's showing in God-only-knows how many pounds. Yuck. I feel physically sick at how my clothes fit right now; seriously. I will be honest and say my knees have been really bothering me all semester.
