Thursday, August 13, 2015. Bike rides, passport application, motorcycle fundraising. So I rode my bicycle the past couple days. July 12th below;. And July 13th is below:. Previous mileage was 577.35 on August 11th. 57735 - 6.16 (Aug 12th) = 571.19. 57119 - 9.73 (Aug 13th) = 561.46 miles to goal for the year. Miles to goal for the month of August are 450 miles. I still need to get 111.46 miles in before the end of August 31st to reach 450 left. Will I complete my mileage goals by the end of the year?

Today's Weight 174.5. Total Loss: -2.5lbs. I have had a marvelous time shopping in my own closet. Everyday I find clothing that I loved too much to part with, so they were stuffed into drawers or the back of my closet. Trying them on and having them fit? I walk 40-75 minutes everyday followed by 35 minutes of swimming laps.

Saturday, September 10, 2011. Seabee Mud Run 2011. My favorite local race each is the Seabee Mud Run. When a group that normally uses heavy equipment to build bridges, roads and runways is tasked with building a 4 mile mud course, you get a really fun imaginative course. This year was no different.
