Enjoying life, one mistake at a time. October 10, 2014. Phew It’s been a crazy past 2 weeks. I started out with some mid to lower back pain right before the beginning of the month. Not a huge deal, I am on the floor with kids. Once there, they diagnosed me with a bad kidney infection. I got IV antibiotics (and a prescription for antibiotics to take at home) and had the worst. Enjoying life, one mistake at a time. July 9, 2014. Thanks to a friend of mine, I have found one of my favorite things to cook – Mexican Soup. It is so good and hearty. More like a stew I’d say. I think it’d be a perfect Fall or Winter meal but I’ve even been eating it in the Summer as well. It’s delicious and so easy to make! It’s also pretty customizable to your likes and dislikes. Here’s my take on it! 1 can of Rotel (I use the originial, but you can make it a bit spicier if you use the mild version!

Working 3 jobs plus extra babysitting gigs while trying to keep up with some semblance of a social life including both family, friends, and a boyfriend, leaves me with essentially just enough hours to sleep at night. Can’t beat a warm day filled with family, friends, and fireworks! Headed to the first party! We hung out by the pool (not swimming though.
