Friday, December 25, 2009. Santa brought the boys nerf swords, a wii nerf game, and lots of stocking stuffers. They also had many, many gifts from Mom and Dad and also from grandparents. They are so blessed and loved by so many. Later in the day, our friends the pope's came so enjoy lunch and fellowship. The children had a great time playing, and the adults enjoyed a wonderful day of visiting. we also enjoyed our traditional birthday cake to celebrate the real reason for Christmas- Jesus.

Thursday, September 17, 2009. So, maybe I am a little too excited about the new Sams that just opened. What can I say? There's something about buying 4 bottles of Clorox wipes and 60 Eggo waffles that just thrills me. Yesterday, after I got the kids from school, I told them that we needed to run by Sams. I told L (who is addicted to Eggo waffles) that they have a box of 60 waffles there. Her reply (in her most excited voice) - "Momma, CAN WE GET IT? I bet they got it at SAMS! Posted by The Patricks.

Monday, November 24, 2008. This week, the kids are out of school for Thanksgiving break. This morning, I got up at 7:15 and they woke up at 7:30 - it was FABULOUS! Usually, I am dropping L off at school around 7:30, so sleeping late today was a real treat. We've run some errands and put the kids' Christmas trees up in their rooms (so what if it is before Thanksgiving! Wednesday, April 29, 2009. I wanted to share a few funny stories before I leave blogger world (probably for several weeks again! I went to L's school several weeks ago to help with her class Easter party. Her teacher told me that L is very good at raising her hand when she needs something, but if they don't get to her right away, she starts trying to get their attention by clearing her throat and fake coughing. I guess I won't have to ever worry about her getting overlooked by not speaking up.

Not surprisingly the fireworks at Marina bay were fairly spectacular and fairly easy to get in/out from.
